Errors / account_not_available

Account not available

HTTP 403invalid_requestaccount_not_available

The account exists but is suspended, closed, or otherwise not able to send.

What to do

The specific state comes back as its own code — account_suspended or account_closed. Get in touch; this is not something a client can retry its way out of.

What it looks like

{
  "error": {
    "type": "invalid_request",
    "code": "account_not_available",
    "message": "…",
    "doc_url": "https://docs.textmast.com/errors/account_not_available",
    "request_id": "req_01j8xk2p7n4qc3m9v0wz5bt6ay"
  }
}

Quote the request_id if you get in touch. It is on every response, including this one, and it turns a support email into a single log query rather than an archaeology exercise.
