Errors / not_a_member

You no longer have access to this account

HTTP 403authenticationnot_a_member

Your sign-in is valid, but you are not (or are no longer) a member of the account this request is for.

What to do

Ask an owner or admin of the account to add you again, or switch to an account you belong to. Being removed takes effect immediately; it does not wait for your session to expire.

What it looks like

{
  "error": {
    "type": "authentication",
    "code": "not_a_member",
    "message": "…",
    "doc_url": "https://docs.textmast.com/errors/not_a_member",
    "request_id": "req_01j8xk2p7n4qc3m9v0wz5bt6ay"
  }
}

Quote the request_id if you get in touch. It is on every response, including this one, and it turns a support email into a single log query rather than an archaeology exercise.
