Campaign cannot be sent

HTTP 409invalid_requestcampaign_not_sendable

The campaign has already been sent, is sending now, or has been cancelled.

What to do

Only a draft can be sent. This is a 409 rather than a 422 because nothing about the request is wrong — the campaign is simply not in a state where sending means anything. Duplicate a draft if you want to send the same message again; there is no way to re-send one that has already gone, because there is no unsend.
