Alphanumeric sender not allowed there

HTTP 422invalid_requestalphanumeric_not_allowed

That country does not permit alphanumeric sender IDs at all.

What to do

You need a number in that country — registering the sender would be rejected however good the paperwork. This catches out most UK businesses, who have only ever sent from their own name: the US and Canada ban alphanumeric senders outright, while India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Singapore allow them once registered.

What it looks like

{
  "error": {
    "type": "invalid_request",
    "code": "alphanumeric_not_allowed",
    "message": "…",
    "doc_url": "https://docs.textmast.com/errors/alphanumeric_not_allowed",
    "request_id": "req_01j8xk2p7n4qc3m9v0wz5bt6ay"
  }
}

Quote the request_id if you get in touch. It is on every response, including this one, and it turns a support email into a single log query rather than an archaeology exercise.
